• Faulty Items: If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Distance Selling: For online, mail, or phone orders, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have another 14 days to return the items. No reason is required for cancellation.

Conditions for Refund

• Distance Selling Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Exclusions

• Personalised or Custom-Made Items: Refunds are only available if these items are faulty.
• Perishable Goods, Newspapers, Magazines, Unwrapped CDs/DVDs/Software: Refunds are only available if these items are faulty.
• Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind unless you bought the item without seeing it.

2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty.
