Important Usage Tips:

1. 🧦 Start in socks – Reduces friction and helps build proper form.
2. 🚫 Cleats not recommended – Many players haven't learned to flex their feet, leading to a stabbing motion that can puncture the mat.
3. 👟 Sneakers are okay – They offer grip and reveal when feet aren’t flexed properly. If the mat shifts or bunches, that’s feedback — one or both feet are likely grabbing.
