early reps can get funky. a player might hit the mat wrong. their weight can cause it to fold. in rare cases, a crack can happen. a knee can come down hard on an early rep, and that impact can even put a hole in the mat. if your mat is damaged during normal training use, we’ll replace it. because the whole point is practice. practice is imperfect. and you shouldn’t be nervous to train.

cleat punctures or cleat-related damage. we recommend not using cleats on the mat for this reason, and we can’t replace punctures caused by cleats.
